Role Overview

The Director, Marketing Technology, Analytics and Digital Platforms will lead the development and implementation of Intact’s MarTech, Digital Platforms and Marketing Analytics strategy. The role will oversee the management of technology platforms while collaborating with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to create integrated solutions that maximize campaign efficiency and impact.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a forward-thinking MarTech vision, assessing and recommending emerging technologies, maintaining a prioritized roadmap, overseeing core MarTech capabilities, and managing technology partners and platform performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology, or a related field (MBA is an asset)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or technology, with at least 5 years in a MarTech leadership role
• Proven expertise in modern MarTech ecosystems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe CJA/Analytics, etc.
• Strong understanding of customer data, automation, and personalization concepts
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive complex projects
• Proficiency in interpreting data to guide strategic decision-making
• Bilingualism is required for candidates located in Quebec
