We are seeking a results-driven and commercially focused Assistant Manager – Sales & New Business Development to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships within a dynamic trading environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CIM or SLIM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, FMCG sales, industrial sales, or a similar sales environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong experience in new business development, market development, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent relationship management and client engagement skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good planning, organizing, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage customer requirements effectively.
- Results-oriented with strong accountability and a proactive sales mindset.
