Business Development Executive

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive, commercially driven, and highly organized Business Development Executive to support business growth initiatives across multiple markets.

What You Will Do

Support the implementation of business development strategies, research and identify potential clients, monitor market developments, and maintain business development databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, proposals, client relations, or a similar role.
• Experience within the AEC, Architecture, Engineering, Design, Construction, Property Development, or Consulting industry will be highly advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded approach.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare professional presentations, proposals, reports, and business correspondence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, bid management systems, and business development tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Willingness to attend client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and travel as required.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
