Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Lead will own every digital channel and turn them into a measurable engine for brand growth and conversion. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires building and testing campaigns, guiding a team and agency partners, and using data and AI tools to make faster, better decisions.
What You Will Do
The key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, planning and launching paid campaigns, driving organic growth through SEO and content, and building partnerships and influencer programs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
An exceptional candidate will be an AI-native marketer who uses AI daily for creative, copy, research, audience insights, and automation, and knows where human judgment still matters. They will also have a full-funnel, revenue mindset, think in CAC, LTV, payback period, and contribution margin, not just clicks and impressions.
