Role Overview
The Director, Advisor Compensation & Revenue Operations is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight of advisor compensation and billing functions. This role owns the end-to-end compensation ecosystem, including commission administration, billing operations, financial controls, process optimization, and technology strategy.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic leadership and direction for advisor compensation, commission administration, and billing operations. Maintain accountability for the accurate reconciliation, approval, and distribution of approximately $85 million in annual advisor compensation payments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within wealth management, broker-dealer, financial services, or advisor compensation environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in advisor compensation, commission administration, billing operations, financial controls, and revenue-related processes.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale compensation, billing, revenue operations, or financial operations functions with accountability for large-dollar financial transactions.
- Strong ability to exercise independent judgment and make complex business decisions involving financial, operational, regulatory, and advisor impact.
- Experience leading technology implementations, operational transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and process automation efforts.
- Proven success building, developing, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
- Knowledge of advisor compensation structures, commission processing, billing methodologies, and regulatory requirements applicable to wealth management and financial services organizations.
