Data Analyst I – CX Data

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst I – CX Data, you will be part of the CX Data team, responsible for transforming customer data, interactions, and journeys into information that supports strategic and operational decisions.

What You Will Do

You will explore and analyze customer data, interactions, and journeys, build queries and perform data treatments using Python and SQL, identify trends, anomalies, causes, sentiments, and emerging themes, and support behavior analysis, satisfaction, recurrence, churn, and risk of escalation of complaints.

We are looking for a candidate with a completed degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related areas, knowledge of Python applied to data analysis and treatment, and basic or intermediate knowledge of SQL.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related areas
• Knowledge of Python applied to data analysis and treatment
• Basic or intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with pandas, notebooks, and data visualization tools
• Notions of statistics, exploratory analysis, and machine learning
• Ability to validate data, identify inconsistencies, and investigate problems
• Analytical reasoning and interest in understanding the causes behind the results
• Good communication to explain analyses in a simple and objective way
• Organization, responsibility, and ability to work with different demands
• Ease of learning new technologies, processes, and business rules
• Availability to work on-site in Belo Horizonte
