Growth Analyst

Role Overview

The Growth Analyst will be part of the Growth Cobrança team, responsible for developing and executing strategies for recovering non-performing credit portfolios from the bank’s credit products. The role will involve analyzing indicators and performance of campaigns and credit recovery journeys, performing segmentations and direct activations in channels, and prioritizing backlog and following up on growth projects with the business team.

Daily tasks include analyzing indicators and performance of campaigns and credit recovery journeys, performing segmentations and direct activations in channels, prioritizing backlog and following up on growth projects with the business team, and structuring A/B tests and measuring results.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Growth, preferably at a full-time level, and knowledge in data analysis and business indicators. They will also have experience with CRM and automation tools, data visualization tools, and A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Systems of Information, or related areas
• Solid experience with Growth, preferably at a full-time level
• Knowledge in data analysis and business indicators
• Knowledge of SQL for building queries and data analysis
• Experience with CRM and automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, RD Station, or similar)
• Experience in building and following up on funnels, segmentations, and customer journeys
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization
• Knowledge in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Ability to translate analysis into strategic recommendations and action plans
• Experience working with multiple areas (product, technology, CRM, media)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and priority management capacity
• Good communication and influence skills
