Role Overview

Join Inter’s Product Growth team to lead complex initiatives and shape the future of product growth. As a Product Growth Specialist II, you will define the vision and roadmap of activation and engagement products, lead high-impact initiatives, and represent products in executive leadership forums.

What You Will Do

Define product vision and roadmap, lead complex initiatives, build business cases, represent products in executive leadership forums, manage launches and evolution of features and products, conduct discovery, and design and interpret A/B and multivariate tests.

Requirements

• Degree in technical areas, engineering, or business, or equivalent practical experience
• Solid experience in product management, at senior level
• Proven track record of products taken from zero to launch and scale, with measurable impact
• Experience leading initiatives with several areas and influencing without formal authority
• Domain of product analytics, SQL, and experimentation to guide decisions
• Experience mentoring and developing PMs
• Experience creating or evolving product processes (discovery, prioritization, experimentation)
• Clear executive communication, with ability to defend trade-offs with leadership
• Intermediate/advanced English
