Product Growth Specialist

Role Overview

The Product Growth Specialist will be part of the Growth team, accelerating the high-end client lifecycle through features/products in the app. The role involves being a technical reference for product management, elevating the quality of discovery, specification, measurement, and experimentation.

What You Will Do

The Product Growth Specialist will act as a technical and process reference for junior PMs, represent products in leadership forums, define the product roadmap and strategic vision, and support discovery, launches, and maintenance of features/products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven history of products taken from zero to launch and growth, experience in mentoring junior PMs, and a strong understanding of product management and technical processes.

Requirements

• Graduation in technical areas, engineering, or business, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in product management or related technical function
• Master’s, MBA, or Ph.D.
• Proven history of products taken from zero to launch and growth
• Experience in mentoring junior PMs
