Role Overview

The Middle Data Analyst and Continuous Improvement will promote continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer experience through advanced data analysis, model management, and process automation.

What You Will Do

Manage and optimize Speech Analytics models, design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions, and actively participate in automation and advanced analytics initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with experience in data analysis and exploitation, database management, and analytical solution development.

Requirements

• Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field professional
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis and exploitation, database management, and analytical solution development
• Knowledge of SQL, Teradata, Oracle, AWS, Python, and data integration and processing tools (SSIS or similar)
• Experience or knowledge in process automation (RPA, scripting, workflows), advanced analytics, generative artificial intelligence, and data visualization
• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Design Thinking, and/or Agile, applied to process improvement and customer experience
