Martech Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Martech Specialist to impact and develop innovation through technology, with a focus on Martech and AI. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in data, analytics, and CRM teams.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of this role include operational governance of the Martech stack, design and development of cross-BU frameworks for Martech tool utilization, enablement and support for flags, and design and implementation of attribution models and performance dashboards.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data, analytics, and CRM teams
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CRM Analyst or Digital Product Analyst
• Essential skills in SQL, GCP, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle mkt Cloud, GA4
• Intermediate level English
