Role Overview
The Associate Marketing Manager plays a critical role in supporting the execution and operational excellence of Interface’s marketing activation efforts in the Americas market. This position owns key marketing programs, manages content and asset governance, coordinates cross-functional workflows, and ensures marketing resources are effectively delivered to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include management and governance of assets, customer storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and reporting and analytics support.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Proficiency in budget and resource management.
- Adaptability and openness to new marketing trends and technologies.
