Requirements
- Proven business development or sales experience within pharma services
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical terminology, services, and industry dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to grow existing client accounts while winning new business
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness, including revenue targets, pipeline management, and growth metrics
- Pharma industry experience (essential)
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work closely with technical experts and SMEs
