Senior Marketing Solutions Manager (Performance Marketing)

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Solutions Manager to drive forward our marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid’s overall business. This person will own the relationships with a variety of our leading Brand partners, manage best-in-class digital marketing and execute campaigns that are aligned with our clients’ objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields
• 5+ years (digital) marketing/e-commerce marketing experience
• Strong hands-on experience in online marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce marketing, media planning, campaign optimization, and project management
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce advertising platforms, including Lazada Ads, Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
• Good understanding of marketplace marketing strategies and ecosystems across platforms such as Lazada and Shopee
• Experienced in media planning, setting, and managing budgets, optimizing ad performance, and negotiating with 3rd parties
• Strong English communication skills
• Able to communicate directly with clients and demonstrate strong client-facing skills
• Experience in tracking (e-commerce tracking, Google analytics, Google tag manager, Facebook Pixel tracking, UTM, 3rd Party Ad Serving (Campaign Manager))
• Strong analytical skills with an excellent sense of data and numbers
• Able to quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced start-up and e-commerce environment
