You’ll lead the strategy and execution of our global audience growth initiatives, identifying new opportunities to attract, nurture and convert audiences across our digital channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in audience growth, lifecycle marketing, CRM or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing audience acquisition or subscriber growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of first-party data and known user development.
• Experience working with Customer Engagement platforms, Customer Data platforms and marketing automation technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data and insights into action.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
