Role Overview

The Manager Global Operations FP&A will lead the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of the company’s margins and inventory, and implement processes and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and predictability.

What You Will Do

Lead the Global Operations consolidation processes, consolidate and analyze company margin and inventory results, develop clear management reporting, and partner with Global Operations Finance teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial management, operations finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of people management experience, including coaching and developing finance professionals
• Demonstrated ability to manage recurring planning and reporting processes
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Effective leadership and influencing skills
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
