Role Overview
The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and data-comfortable Program Manager who can operate across global stakeholders, turn ambiguous priorities into structured execution plans, and maintain momentum through disciplined governance, clear communication, and high-quality reporting. The candidate should be comfortable working with Microsoft-facing teams and tools while maintaining the supplier-led management model required for a managed service environment.
What You Will Do
The Program Manager will integrate with our service supporting Microsoft’s Worldwide Vendor Digital Sales group, taking ownership of a variety of operational and program coordination functions, and helping us build the most efficient and scalable operation in alignment with Microsoft’s growth strategy for the coming Fiscal Year.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in program management, sales operations, business operations, or a similar execution-focused role.
- English proficiency at either a native or C2 level.
- Experience coordinating customer outreach campaigns, business-priority programs across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to manage execution plans, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and follow-up actions with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare concise operational updates, performance reporting, and executive-ready materials exposure is preferred.
- Comfort working with Microsoft data sources and business systems such as CRM tools, pipeline or opportunity-management systems, reporting platforms, SharePoint, OneDrive, and centralized mailbox or distribution-based intake processes.
- Ability to identify process gaps, standardize documentation, improve communication frameworks, and recommend operational efficiencies that increase scalability and repeatability.
- Self-direction, sound prioritization, quality mindset, sense of urgency, and commitment to meeting deadlines in a managed service environment.
- Ability to support structured knowledge transfer during onboarding, offboarding, transition, or resource coverage scenarios, including documentation of current status, next steps, contacts, workflows, and lessons learned.
- Experience using AI tools to make manual work more efficient.
