Role Overview
We are looking for a Certified Salesforce Administrator with proven experience managing hybrid architectures to maintain strict FedRAMP compliance while seamlessly integrating cross-environment data and workflows. The ideal candidate is a hands-on administrator who is meticulous about access control and data integrity, comfortable operating in a regulated environment, and able to work independently in a fast-moving, resource-constrained team.
What You Will Do
Own and administer IonQ’s Salesforce Government Cloud org, provision and deprovision user access, build and deliver enhancements, design and maintain reports and dashboards, perform routine platform maintenance, support Salesforce Shield controls, and manage the intake queue for federal Salesforce requests.

Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Direct experience with Salesforce Government Cloud, Salesforce Shield, and FedRAMP-authorized environments
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident)
