Role Overview

The Finance Systems Manager will play a key role in transforming and developing our finance systems landscape. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, technology, and business improvement.

What You Will Do

You’ll help colleagues get more from our finance systems by driving enhancements, improving the user experience, and supporting the delivery of a robust financial control framework across the organisation.

Requirements

• demonstrable understanding of end-to-end finance processes and financial controls
• experience translating finance requirements into improvements to ERP or related business systems
• ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• experience gathering requirements, prioritising work, and managing competing demands
• strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
• experience of continuous improvement methodologies and delivering change
• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• business analysis skills, including process mapping and workflow design
• familiarity with Agile ways of working
