The Partnerships and Business Development Manager leads Ipas Mozambique’s resource mobilization, partnership, and business development efforts in alignment with the country strategic plan, donor priorities, and Ipas policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in international development, public health, business administration, or related field.
• Typically, 8–10+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, partnerships, or resource mobilization in the NGO or development sector.
• Demonstrated success securing funding from institutional donors and foundations and managing partnerships
