Role Overview
The Manager, Finance Systems will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of key systems used by the Finance department, including development, training, and support. The role will also involve representing the Finance department in special organization projects and managing a team of 4 employees.
What You Will Do
The Manager will ensure the stability, reconciliation, integration, availability, and performance of our main Finance applications, including ERP systems, data warehouse, and SQL cubes. They will also own the execution and coordination of Finance master data and organizational structure maintenance across all Finance applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, CPA designation preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Finance Systems, ERP support, or Finance technology functions
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, consolidation, planning, and Finance processes
- Experience supporting Finance applications, including ERP systems, consolidation, planning, and reporting solutions
- Experience managing financial master data and organizational structures across multiple systems
- Experience ensuring consistency and reconciliation of data across ERP, reporting, planning, and consolidation platforms
- Experience working within a large, matrix organization supporting multiple business units
- Experience supporting acquisitions, reorganizations, and Finance transformation initiatives
- Understanding of data warehousing, Finance data architecture, and system integrations
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Advanced SQL skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, self-learner, communication, and customer-service skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and control
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
