Role Overview
The Financial Analyst II will compile and analyze financial information integral to the core objectives and requirements of each department. Responsible for consolidating reports, month-end journal entries, audit requests, scheduling, reoccurring meetings and providing regular system maintenance for companies various manufacturing locations across North America.
What You Will Do
Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations of business units. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual business unit reports and ensures that financial information has been recorded accurately. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
- Supports cost accounting activities, including inventory analysis, manufacturing cost reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliation of cost-related accounts across manufacturing locations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including excellent Excel skills and a proven ability to build complex financial models
- Proficiency in Consolidation and ERP softwares, such as LV and JDE, preferred
- Knowledge of Cost Accounting Systems, preferred
- Experience with SQL, preferred
