Working Student Sales Operations (f/m/d)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Working Student to support the Isar Aerospace commercial team, including Sales, Marketing, and Communications. The working student will serve as an active contributor to sales proposal development, deals, and marketing activities and events through the development, training, and optimization of AI-powered platforms, agents and automation solutions, both generative and agentic.

What You Will Do

Support in securing, optimizing, and ensuring the high availability of organizational data, assist in designing the blueprint for organizational data management and system processes, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities, and help design user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, UI/UX Design or related field
• A portfolio showcasing UI and graphical design projects (academic, personal, or freelance)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of UI principles and user interactions
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, user-friendly design
• Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
• Ability to work independently, remotely and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or AI automation platforms
• Experience with prompt engineering or chatbot development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Fluency in English a MUST
