Role Overview
The Operations Manager – Finance is responsible for overseeing operational execution, service delivery, and team governance. This role manages end-to-end financial operations workflows.
What You Will Do
Manage workflows, serve as primary operational leadership contact, and oversee team governance. Key responsibilities include workflow management, service delivery, team leadership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science /Commerce. Preferably MBA/ Master’s Degree in Finance
- 4 – 5 years’ experience in Supervisory/ Managerial role and 12+ years of overall experience
- Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results-oriented business environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Strong expertise in vendor financial management, contract rate analysis, financial analysis, accrual accounting, and invoice validation
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Enterprise ERP/Procurement tools including SAP Ariba, and spreadsheet analytical models
- Knowledge of Google workspace, Looker Studio and Gemini are added advantage
- Strong Communication (Verbal and Written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
