Business Development Associate

Role Overview

Join our business development program in Sydney where you can interact with clients and colleagues from around the world as you enhance your professional skills and learn our operations. The role is a full-time Associate position with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience.

What You Will Do

Field incoming calls and inquiries, inside sales, and help customers navigate ISNetworld. After initial training, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with Hiring Clients, generate business growth through account expansion and new client prospecting, and take on increasing responsibility in a team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service orientation, and proficient computer skills are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail applications)
