Role Overview
The Manager – Data Operations will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to profile data for a given content pillar and market, managing workflow queues, and enforcing quality assurance and controls.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include people management, operational management, process/methodology custodianship, and product support.

Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Geology, or similar field of study
- A minimum of 5-8 years relevant working experience in a high-quality and hard deadline-driven environment
- At least 3 years leading a team
- Knowledge of corporate governance and/or financial markets is an advantage
- Good judgment in assessing available information and understanding the downstream effects of data decisions on final product outputs
- Effectiveness in working with cross-functional teams
- Takes pride in developing people
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail
- Highly motivated, independent, results-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of ownership
- Must be willing to work on a flexible shift schedule
