Inside Sales Agent

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Agent will book 20 Zoom calls per week with qualified leads and make 5 introductions per week to the realtor’s lender partner. The role involves owning the realtor’s Instagram inbox and lead pipeline, answering DMs and comments within 30 minutes, and qualifying leads as ready for a call or needing ongoing nurture.

What You Will Do

The key responsibilities include answering buyer questions in DMs, qualifying leads, offering to set leads up with a saved search, logging qualified leads into Real Geeks, qualifying leads for introduction to the lender partner, running follow-up cadences, and booking introductory Zoom calls.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a real estate VA or ISA, strong written English skills, and be available full-time with working hours overlapping Hawaii Standard Time. Prior experience working inside the Real Geeks CRM is preferred.
