Role Overview
Supports Americas’ Sales Excellence in the deployment and continuous improvement of onboarding, learning, and sales capability programs across the region.
What You Will Do
Deliver onboarding programs and learning activities for new sales hires, facilitate the rollout of SalesEDGE, and coordinate regional program delivery.

Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or other related field or 3+ years of work experience in sales enablement, talent development, learning, organizational development or related field.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Data analysis tools and software
- Content creation platforms (Articulate/Synthesia)
- Workday Learning or other Learning Management System
