Web & Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

MTS is a leading global supplier of test and simulation systems. The Web & Digital Marketing Manager will own and optimize MTS’s website, email marketing programs, analytics, and marketing technology. This role will support the migration from Sitecore to WordPress, partner with an external web agency, and establish a strong foundation for ongoing website management, technical SEO, and conversion optimization.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will support the Sitecore-to-WordPress migration, own day-to-day WordPress management, monitor technical SEO, manage website quality assurance, analyze website performance, and execute email campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Experience managing a website using WordPress or a comparable CMS.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms; Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) is a plus.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect digital marketing activities to business goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and proactively recommend data-driven solutions.
• Working knowledge of technical SEO, website analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with tracking tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience managing landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and marketing automation.
• Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
