Sales Manager

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will be the heart of our store on Sylt, advising and shaping the store, keeping it together, and having an eye for detail and a sense of people. You will take responsibility and trust, work directly with the COO, and have short distances, clear decisions, and an attitude that counts.

What You Will Do

You will provide honest, high-quality advice to customers, ensure an aesthetic product presentation, handle cash independently, maintain a clean sales area, and take responsibility in the store’s daily life.
