Role Overview
The Business Development Director will be responsible for staffing, support, and performance of regional specific business management talent pool, including Business Unit Directors, Business Unit Managers, and Business Unit Coordinators. The role will involve directing business policies, goals, tools, and practices for a business development department, developing specific plans for each factory, and managing business development talent pool.

The Business Development Director will be responsible for directing business policies, developing specific plans for each factory, and managing business development talent pool. The role will also involve assisting in targeting customers and industries, supporting business development activities, and coordinating with product development, marketing, and/or sales group.
