Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to Support Salesforce. They will design and configure Salesforce solutions based on identified business requirements, leveraging declarative tools and customization.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include configuring Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Public Groups, creating new Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Page layouts, Lookup relationships, and configuring approval processes, reports, and dashboards.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, customisations, and integration concepts, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications will be preferred
• Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations, customisations, and integration concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Certification in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud will be an advantage
