Senior Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst (Techno-Functional)

Role Overview

Lead solution design and delivery for complex Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation initiatives, bridging business strategy and technical architecture.

Configure Salesforce CPQ, design complex bundle structures, subscription/term-based pricing models, and integration specifications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
• 4+ years dedicated to Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) implementation and business analysis
• Hands-on mastery of Salesforce CPQ configurations
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica MDM
• Ability to write SOQL queries, read APEX data structures, and understand complex object relationships within Salesforce
• Deep functional understanding of Quote-to-Cash, SaaS billing models, and contract lifecycle workflows
• Exposure to or strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and AI agent configurations
