Role Overview

Partner with Finance and other departments to identify reporting needs and translate business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions. Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team on the development and continuous improvement of the company’s data lake, data models, and dashboards.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and reports that support financial and operational decision-making. Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and perform ad hoc analysis as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, financial systems, or a similar role.
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data architecture, table design and relationships, dataflows, data transformation, and data cleansing.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data mining, data visualization, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Hubble, Microsoft Access, or similar financial and reporting systems is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and quickly adapt to changing business requirements.
