Data Analyst – Curriculum

Role Overview

The Data Analyst advises on the potential benefits/uses of automation to improve the efficiency of program operations; Analyzes a variety of data sources to provide data-driven insights to the organization to streamline processes; Analyzes and evaluates (on a quantitative and/or qualitative basis) the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.

What You Will Do

Perform comparative analysis of multiple data sheets/data sources concurrently daily and provide reports on data discrepancies, abnormalities, deltas, and overall data integrity. Create and deliver written reports, visualizations, dashboards, or data models based on data collected and analyzed using various tools such as MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint Online (SPO).

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in database maintenance and development in education or training environments.
• Knowledge in developing and utilizing the Power Apps suite to design and implement custom workflows and dashboards to include task automation, multi-step approvals, data validation, and real-time reporting, with integration capabilities across tools such as SPO, Power BI, and Power Automate to drive efficiency, enhance collaboration, and support scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of and work with NAVEDTRA 142 series and experience in NETC training systems and curriculum development.
• Proficient in Adobe Captivate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, organize, and synthesize source material into well-written, concise learning products.
