Role Overview

Casa Lapin is looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Leader to drive brand growth, increase store sales, strengthen customer engagement, and support business expansion.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness, drive same-store sales growth, and lead integrated marketing campaigns.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record in driving sales growth and successful marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5 – 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in F&B chains, coffee shops, restaurants
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and successful marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Brand Management, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, and CRM
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and leadership skills
• Good command of Thai and English
