Role Overview

As a Sales Account Manager, you will manage day-to-day relationships for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely response to requests and issues. You will support the execution of account plans by coordinating activities with internal sales, service, and support teams. You will also track customer interactions, opportunities, and commitments in CRM systems.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries related to products, pricing, and order status within defined guidelines. You will also support renewal and upsell activities by identifying basic customer needs and usage patterns. Additionally, you will prepare standard account reports, updates, and summaries for internal review.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience working in Sales Account role
