Role Overview

We are a growing residential and/or commercial painting company looking for a motivated, results-driven marketing professional to help grow our business, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our brand in our local market.

What You Will Do

Develop and manage marketing campaigns that generate qualified painting leads and estimate requests, manage Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and local search visibility, create and manage content for social media platforms, improve website performance and local SEO, plan and launch paid advertising campaigns, and track calls, website inquiries, cost per lead, booked estimates, and marketing-generated sales.

Requirements

• Ability to create engaging marketing content and basic graphics or videos.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, call tracking, and lead management.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing results.
