Finance Manager Global Franchise FP&A

Role Overview

The Finance Manager, Global Franchise FP&A will play a pivotal role driving FP&A processes and reporting for the Heart Recovery franchise. This position will report to the Sr. Manager Global Franchise and will work closely with the Heart Recovery finance team to proactively drive financial performance and meet expectations.

What You Will Do

Orchestrate FP&A processes and deliverables in collaboration with the Global-based Heart Recovery finance team, leveraging AI and technology to standardize, simplify, and automate global forecasting and financial reporting processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Accounting/Finance
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive finance, accounting, or related business experience with multinational companies
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and application of technical accounting and compliance
• Ability to think strategically and creatively and work in a team environment
• Strong communication with superior presentation/framing skills
• Ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships, operate with a high degree of independence, and have the proven ability to lead, plan and prioritize effectively
