Manager, Market Access Marketing Operations

Role Overview

The Manager, Market Access Marketing Operations, will partner with the Director to build, run, and continuously improve the processes, tools, and capabilities that enable Market Access Marketers to plan and execute effectively. This role offers broad exposure across SCG planning, governance, and enablement and is designed as a development opportunity toward future MAM roles.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to, coordinating the annual planning cycle, supporting operations and adoption of the COMPASS operating model, partnering with SCG CAC reviewers, moderators, and MAMs to monitor process performance, and designing and delivering ongoing upskilling through MAM Touchpoint calls, training, and office hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience
• Hands-on experience working within the J&J CAC process
• Proven ability to lead and prioritize multiple high-visibility projects at once
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Clear, articulate, and decisive communicator
• Demonstrated change management capability
• Skilled in using AI and agentic tools
