Manager, Marketing Operations for Trauma and Extremities

Role Overview

We’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. As a Manager, Marketing Operations for Trauma and Extremities, you’ll help patients on their journey to wellness. You’ll drive commercial execution and sales support activities to optimize the Trauma and Extremities business, including marketing operations, compliance, and copy approval processes.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include developing global lifecycle management strategies, ensuring all materials accurately reflect product positioning and clinical evidence, and leading the review and approval process for new marketing materials. You’ll also achieve worldwide business plan objectives, manage expenses within budget, and increase the company’s leadership position in the trauma market.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant business experience
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare / medical device marketing, sales, finance, or other commercial experience
  • Orthopedic experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership capability through influencing
  • Ability to manage stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
