Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with site leaders and cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, performance management, cost competitiveness, and disciplined investment decisions. The role will involve translating complex operational data into actionable insights and influencing decisions that strengthen site performance.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted finance partner, owning financial performance management, leading key planning and forecasting cycles, and supporting investment and resource allocation decisions through financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- 3 to 6 years of relevant finance experience in a complex, multinational environment
- Strong financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and management reporting capabilities
- Demonstrated business partnering skills
- Knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, internal controls, and capital investment analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP platform
