Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a business partner to the DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction Commercial team, providing critical financial insights and influencing business decisions.

Responsibilities include leading financial planning and forecasting, delivering detailed financial reporting, and facilitating the development of commission structures.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; a major in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not required.
• CPA, MBA, CMA or other related certification is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of finance, business experience or related leadership experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Advanced Excel and Presentation skills required.
• Collaborative and inquisitive style while working with a cross-functional organization with many partners is required.
• Ability to apply data and strong analytics to influence executive decision making is required.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with various levels of management and external customers is also required.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail is required.
