Role Overview

Join J&L’s Inside Sales Team at our branch in Douglassville, PA, as the face of the company, providing exceptional service and driving sales. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of the product range, and the ability to contribute to sales goals.

What You Will Do

Serve as internal salesperson, build and maintain positive customer relationships, enter new customer data, make outbound lead follow-up calls, handle inbound sales lead calls, resolve customer complaints, provide product demonstrations, and prepare sales orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedure manuals, and work instructions
• Basic math skills, including ability to calculate discounts, percentages, measurements, and apply basic algebra and geometry
