We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic communication initiatives that enhance stakeholder engagement, support operational excellence, and strengthen JLL’s brand presence within the facilities management sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, preferably within facilities management, real estate services, or related industries
- Proven track record developing and executing strategic communication plans for complex organizations
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint
- Experience with digital communication platforms and content management systems
- Understanding of facilities management operations, terminology, and industry trends
