Finance Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Finance Operations Manager leads financial and accounting operations for a JLL PDS dedicated Projects account. The role provides end-to-end oversight of Principal project invoicing, billing, forecasting, accruals, reporting, account setup, and financial systems while serving as the primary financial liaison among the client, Project Managers, suppliers, Finance, and internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Manage and develop finance support resources, safeguard data accuracy and policy compliance, resolve financial issues, and drive continuous improvement across account finance processes. Provide oversight, guidance, and training for invoice tracking, approvals, E1 entry, invoice log maintenance, forecasting, and accrual activities.

Requirements

• Min 5 years experience managing finance operations, project accounting, invoicing, billing, forecasting, accruals, or related account finance activities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or oversee team members, provide training, and coordinate work across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review financial data, identify variances, validate accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
• Experience with enterprise finance and project systems. Knowledge of PeopleSoft, E1/Spend, Salesforce, and Certinia is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
