Role Overview

As Marketing Manager for World Square, you’ll lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that elevate one of Sydney’s most dynamic retail precincts. You’ll oversee everything from annual campaign planning and pop-up retail activations to digital marketing, PR, and community engagement initiatives.

What You Will Do

Develop and deliver the annual World Square marketing and communications strategy, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, PR, research, reporting, community engagement, and retailer support initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail, property, or shopping centre environments.
• Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies with measurable ROI outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and PR across multiple channels.
• Strong budget management experience, including forecasting, financial reconciliation, and vendor management.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in stakeholder management and building productive relationships with clients, retailers, and cross-functional teams.
