Role Overview

As the Retail Shopping Centre Marketing Manager at Lidcombe Shopping Centre, you will lead the strategic direction and hands-on execution of marketing, specialty leasing, and commercial partnerships to elevate this vibrant retail asset.

What You Will Do

Developing and executing the annual marketing strategy and budget for Lidcombe Shopping Centre to maximize asset ROI and drive performance metrics. Cultivating and securing specialty mall leasing (SML) and casual mall leasing (CML) opportunities to drive third-line revenue growth and maximize occupancy.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in retail marketing, shopping centre marketing, or commercial property marketing.
• Demonstrated success in driving specialty or casual mall leasing income and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with landlords, retailers, and community groups.
• Proven track record of planning, organizing, and executing high-impact public events and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written, digital, and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in modern digital marketing and social media management tools.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (highly regarded).
• A strong understanding of the Lidcombe demographic and local market dynamics to build authentic community connections.
