JLL is seeking a Tech Product Lead – Data Scientist to join their Portfolio Services Technology function. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and owning the models, pipelines, and geospatial frameworks that underpin Navigator’s analytical capabilities. This is a hands-on senior role that sits at the intersection of data science, AI agent development, and product strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong data science background, experience with geospatial data and location intelligence, and a product mindset. They will work directly with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure that analytical capabilities are embedded effectively into the platform. The role requires a strong ability to communicate model behavior to non-technical stakeholders and operate across the full delivery cycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on data science experience
- Strong Python proficiency
- Experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM-based systems in production
- Experience designing multi-criteria scoring and weighting frameworks for complex decision support applications
- Proficiency building and managing data pipelines on cloud infrastructure
- Experience working with commercial real estate, demographic, or labour market data sources
- Strong product mindset
