Senior Product Manager, Teammate Growth

Role Overview

Jobber is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Teammate Growth to own the Teammate growth model end to end, drive net-new acquisition and existing-customer conversion, and define metrics to show whether Teammate is changing how service providers run their business.

What You Will Do

You’ll build a deep understanding of home service businesses, own the Teammate growth model, drive acquisition and conversion, and build AI onboarding and activation directly.
